Pawn - 1 point
Bishop - 3 points
Knight - 3 points
Rook - 5 points
Queen - 9 points
King - unlimited, because most valuable piece on board.

Well, the Queen is sometimes evaluated at 10 points (equivalent to 2 rooks).
