I have developed a printable chess puzzles website. It has thousands of puzzles that can be sorted by difficulty and topic.
At the moment I don't have an option to create puzzles but you can use the ones that are already there.
Does anyone know of any software that allows you to put pieces on a board to design chess puzzles which is then printable. Currently I put the position onto Fritz and print it off or e-mail to students but it is heavy memory and ink.
