Saying someone is horrible when they are above the rating of most people is rude. 700s may seem horrible to you but to a large portion of the chess community (600s and below) most likely think they are extremely good and which is technically true because again they are ABOVE AVERAGE

Rating on chess.com isn't your elo. I've been playing chess for 10 months or 246 days. Started to rise 800 from the start and the more total games I fell and stayed at 500 650 ISH up until recently I have gone up 900 rapid 800 + daily and 500 blitz . I opened a account on lichess 4 days ago cause they do use elo but its vary basic chess app compared to chess.com and I raised to 1300 elo in lichess with a 70% winrate at the moment for about 80 games. So you can understand your elo is higher than chess.com rating.
I’m almost 1100, and I have played for almost a year (10 months) that’s gotta be good, right?
