Chess rating

So, recently I decided to partake in a "100 game challenge" where I play 100 rapid games with a 60% win rate to get my rating from 945 to 1425 (assuming I gain 8 points average per game). The first  15-16 games went well, I hit 1000 but after that, I tilted slightly and started playing recklessly lost numerous games and went on tilt again the very same tilt I've been trying to avoid.  I am also honestly frustrated because in real life, I ended up drawing my dad despite playing a lot more frequently and am probably better than him, and I lost 3-2 on a blitz to a friend with a rating that's almost 200 points lower on rapid. Despite my tactics and puzzling initiative why am I still losing to people rated much lower and why am I tilting so hard does any higher-rated player have time to analyze my games?

So then what do I do? How do I stop tilting everytime I win alot? My rating went from 1000 peak to 850-860 now. How do I go back and recover all of it as fast as possible?

Even small losses can trigger a tilt, and once you’re in that state, you might start making riskier, less-considered moves.

When you feel that you are tilting, take a break from chess. At least 24 hours.

Only play when you really want to play and really can give your best shot.

Tilting happens to everyone from beginners to masters, the problem here is you may be bring too much emotion into your game. Emotions like excitement or happiness or anger can really cloud your ability to calculate certain positions. Also your brain is a muscle, you gotta give it rest. Set a limit, maybe 4 rapid games a day.

A 188 rating is a starting point, and improvement comes with practice! Focus on basic tactics (pins, forks, skewers) and endgame principles. Playing slower games and analyzing your losses will help a lot. Stick with it, and you’ll see progress! My friend needed urgent help with his assignment, so we searched for a service to do my paper. DoMyPaper was the perfect choice! I also found https://domypaper.com/ website reviews with the help of google search and all of them were good. The paper was written professionally, followed all academic guidelines, and was delivered before the deadline. The quality of work was impressive, and the pricing was fair. If you’re looking for reliable academic writing help, this service is worth trying!
