Puzzles ratings on chess.com very-very-very-very inflated. Those ratings almost mean nothing. I know some players with rapid ratings <1000 and puzzle ratings >2000. It's normal.

Hi everyone been a member on here for many years and I have a question in regards to ratings and improvement.
Currently my rating are as follows;
Daily 1255
blitz 1117
Rapid 1280
puzzles 2151
I know i suck at short versions of the game and play a lot better when i have unlimited time or at least 60 minutes or more. But when it comes to puzzles i have a high rating but all other forms are not the greatest. Is this normal ? and what can i do to improve my play over the shorter time versions of the game.
