Here is one thoughtful attempt at an answer:

It reported that an unscientifc study done 5 years ago found that blitz ratings here are consistently lower than over the board ratings for over the board play from the US Chess Federation.
You haven't even played any games here since you rejoined. Ratings should not be your first concern.
Any ratings just compare individual chess players to other players in the same group. They tell you who you should expect to beat and who you should expect to lose to. The ratings here just compare the players here.
There is no formula for translating one rating into another.
You are unrated. That means nobody has any idea of who you may beat or lose to. The only way to find out is to start playing.
I wonder, are Chess.coms chess ratings higher or lower than what they should be? I have heard people say that if you have a 1600 rating on here ,you really are 1300-1400.I have heard other people say that your online rating will usually be 200 or so points lower than your over the board rating.I have seen Candidate Masters with 1600-1700 ratings on here as well. I had a previous account on here which I cancelled, but I supposedly had a 1170 rating. However in serious game when I quietly thought through moves I beat several pretty good opponents (Chess Titans levels 9 and 10 and Fairy Max in a 4 minute game( I had 30 minutes but only used about 5 thinking. Finally if I have a wimpy rating how can I bring it up to at least 1400? I solve LOTS of tactical puzzles.
