I have Chessmaster 9000, it's fairly decent. There is training and you can also analyse games but the game analysis feature isn't as good as Fritz.
Shredder looks better but won't work on my old ass 10.4 OS!
I would buy Hiarcs Chess Explorer. I use it in the Windows version. If you have any doubts about it, register and ask in the Hiarcs Chess Forum http://www.hiarcs.net/forums/ People is highly helpfull there. See you.
