Chess study plan

I need an advice for creating study plan. I'm about 1450-1550. I have problem that I want to remove really quickly. I'm playing the moves too quick, later when I see the blunder I get frustrated and I lose. Also, I don't know which opening to play. How many hours do I have to spend on studying chess and on tactics? Should I play more blitz or rapid games and I do not really know how to analyze the game in a correct way. Thanks
