Chess Tilt, how to overcome?

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it thoroughly.
I analyze my games and take notes from a mistake which turned the tables of the game, in my recent game I understood that I shouldn't have exchanged my bishop for my opponent's knight or else I will lose a strong diagonal which can be possibly essential for the endgame and simultaneously lose tempo aswell, but then again I cannot provide even the most basic feedback to how I analyze because of my tilt

Take a break. You're fatigued.
I had really severe tilt a few days ago then I took a break for a bit and won 70 points back.

Are you losing because you're playing worse than usual? Take a break, rest, you might be tired, or simply emotional (tilt) and so it is fruitless to play more in that state. If you are playing quite normal and your opponent simply outplayed you, then don't worry, nobody has 100% win rate and sometimes a string of losses can occur because of luck in who you face, you can learn from those losses the most but sometimes it is good to take a break in this situation so you can ruminate on how you could have played differently in that game to avoid being outplayed.
Sometimes you face very strong opponents for your rating and other times you play worse than your normal level, I think it is a huge sign of maturity if you are able to recognise when you were outplayed and when you played bad, and respond accordingly. If you simply played bad then don't worry about analysis but worry about your energy or emotional state, and avoid the temptation to keep playing to try and fix your emotional state, as that is tilt and can be extremely negative for your rating and you have to waste time climbing up again to return where you should be.
I have still quite recently been on losing streaks where I stubbornly persist yet my energy levels and emotional state make it impossible to play at my normal level, so I think it takes experience and maturity. However there are also times where I have been able to cut my losses and take a break like I'm supposed to, I think with time we act better more often and succumb to stubborness less often.
Hello, I am recently accumulating a feeling of frustration and stress over my games (They also build up over time due to my academics as well)
I recently lost multiple games in a row, I went from 1345 to 1304 in just 2 days and I am concerned with such, but discouraged to take a break from the game, all my breaks feel empty and rather undeserving, I am also afraid to take a break because comfort is too enticing, last time I made a topic about tilting, I took a break which took me 3 weeks to return to the game and I am afraid to repeat that again, I recently lost a game due to a misclick and feel like my body is about to give up at that very moment, I am lost in thoughts and perhaps would like feedback, even though I may overlook the thoughts that these feedbacks may be attempting to share to me due to my psychological and emotional stress.
