if i got right what you are talking about, it's format with 15 minutes for the game and 10 seconds added each move

15|10 means 15 minutes for the game with an increment of 10 seconds for every move made. It is possible to finish the game with more time than you started with.

I used to opt for 15 minutes game. But clock shows 15 I 10 - What is the meaning of time frame? Why in this format sometime clock shows that time left has increased? Sometime both the players spent more than 10 minutes but clock shows that time left is 13 or 14 minutes!
