I recently came across a website under the name of The International Chess School, and am thinking of joining up although it is rather expensive ,they did have some free material on the site to give you a flavor of their chess improvement course it seemed really indepth.

Some of it centered around blindfold visualization ,coordintion of peices, the thought process involved in playing the game, seems really good.

I was wondering what other people thought?

Would it be worth joining?I have been playing online since april 2009 started out on another site at about 1200 now 1600+ ,however am only about 1300+ on this site which has more serious players. This has all been my own learning just by playing on watching opening video's and going on chesstempo for the last 6 months I did buy one chess book but I found it rather tiresome to go through.

Here is a link to a forum dedicated to the international chess school.  From what I have read on the forum, the course appears to be fairly difficult.  It seems to  be of most benefit to already high rated players with desire to reach master level and above.
