chess training !

I need help to identify my play style. How does one go about that!!

Hello, well this would be called "Strategy".

Strategy, is to have a plan in a Chess game for mating the king, and this plan differes depends on the opening you're playing.

Say I play 1. e4 e5 opening, which is the normal beginners opening (I like playing it as white) the plan there goes to developing your pieces aiming to the king's wing to attack the king when it castle later on (mostly, the 1.e4 e5 opening has the king castle to king-side)

But to achive the plan, you have to use "Tactics".

Tactics, are your strikes to achive your "Strategy" plan. so in order to be good at planing, you have to learn tactics, starting by reading books and continuing through solving tactical problems, then "Strategy" comes in later on.

I recommend you read a book called "Chess Tactics" by Paul Littlewood, It's an amazing book to start off with tactics. then you can start solving problems through tactics training here on Chess.com or through the free site http://chess.emrald.net

Yes I understand that. But I never look to attack quick. I try to get deployed with active placement to get more power into attack or defense. Identifying my play will narrow down somethings I don't do so well. I am trying too bring out the best in my game all the time. I don't rely on openings or traps or just tactical awareness. Playing any type of game open or closed with all the power I can muster. Chess is sport of transition one can not be an attacker all the time. So in order to get better one must know one's self. My chess training involves studies of tactical problems 2-3  hours per day and it doesn't help me identify my play style. All of that greats have well define play styles. Think Lasker,Fischer,Pogar and Alekhine. Those guys and girls rock with dynamic style. so If I can identify my own maybe I can rock well to!

Play style the means in witch one would go about playing this game.

Yes I goof sometimes. No one harder on me then me so by all means be harsh! After a few of those  moves made me feel like fool anyway. Thank for taking the time and going threw those games!
