Chess vs. Lichess

I personally think lichess is better cause everything's free for a change

This thread started right about when I quit both sites b/c fed up with the cheating, at that time chess.com was probably a little worse but not much. Now I've logged in and played a bunch on both sites and it seems all the cheaters went to li, cc is way better / human games and lichess is laughable. IDK maybe it's just random but sure seems like not.

I'd claim that chess.com has the bigger community although many features on lichess are indeed paywall-content here on chess.com. Nethertheless, both sites are fine Cheating does seem to be a more frequent issue here, however.

The only reason I play on chesscom is being able to reset an account. If chesscom stopped that, or if you were able to on lichess I'd play there

What do you mean to reset an account? How does that work?

I moved back to lichess recently, and while I can't prove it, it seems to me lichess has far, far more cheaters. This surprised me as this used to not be the case.

Lichess is not even a thing anymore.
