Moves are the same except for castling only the pieces are in different positions. The opening is the key to 960; analyze where your lines of attack are and your weak points. Then just do what you would normally do: control center, develop your pieces etc. By the middle game it is pretty similar to regular chess, just with some strange positions sometimes. Tactics and board vision are crucial.

its hard to explain since the rooks are in a different position everytime. Basically its like regular; king two spaces and rook flops to other side.
