I'm also waiting for ChessBase 14 to get it!
For what it is worth, I have both Fritz 15 & Komodo 10 from Chessbase. What I like most about it is the Fritz 15 interface which comes with both. So I'd say just go for Komodo 10 if you are going to buy it from chessbase anyway, just because the engine has a slightly better reputation - not that I think it actually matters, but all the cool kids are analyzing with Komodo it seems
ChessBase 14

Well if you need the whole GUI and everything then I'd suggest you go for Houdini 5 or komodo 10.2.Otherwise Stockfish 8 is more than good enough.it's free and is currently the strongest engine in the world.Dominant perofrmance in the ongoing TCEC Superfinal against Houdini 5 as of yet.I personally don't see the need to go for the GUI since you'll be purchasing CB14.CB14 is awesome. They've added some really neat features this time.

What interface would you reccomend for SF 8?

You can try http://scidvspc.sourceforge.net/. I really liked it before I switched to Chessbase.
I am going to ourchase ChessBase 14. What playing engine would you recommend that I add with it? Komodo? Fritz? Please offer me your suggestions. Thanking you.
