Chessbase - game notation pane sometimes blank

Very often when I select a game the notation pane will be blank. I have to close and reopen the game to see the notation. Anyone else experience this issue? I'm communicating with CB support and they tell me that it's not a known problem(?)

Full disclosure: I'm running Windows 10 under Vmware on my Mac though I also saw this happen when I was trialing a new HP Windows 10 laptop.

I used to occasionally get the notation window disappear entirely (not blank) in CB13. Just needed to go to 'view' and uncheck and re-check the notation window box. 

Havent noticed it happen at all in CB 14 and I use it all the time.
