Chessbase Reader acting funny

i too experienced the same problem on my laptop installed with windows xp. It seems the problem did not occur when i played it on my net book installed with windows 7 starter.
Interesting! I use Vista on my PC but I cannot remember any recent updates of any windows software. The Reader started malfunctioning without any warning.
Still crappy! I am getting really upset! No a single piece of useful advice from the company.

I planned for a slow Sudnay watching som Fritztrainer DVD sections. Something weird occurred:
I can watch the first clip on my DVD:s but the reader refuses to play any other clip.
What to do?
Chessbase Support will probably answer next March or so and then suggested that I reinstall the reader again.
