For the record, alocohol is an element of beer, not it's purpose. It's about things like flavor, aroma, mouthfeel and taste, not about getting high. That would be childish.
At last something we agree upon! I brew beer at home, have a Caledonian style 80/ in one of my fermenters and a Caledonian style porter in the other. Can you get this beer below where you are at?
This is probably the tastiest beer in the world, it makes guinness taste bland by comparison. Its rich malty, chocolately with a very slight hint of ginger. Check them out, Williams Bros, Alloa, Scotland.
