I noticed whenever a subject that compares men to women, or degrades women, a heated debate is bound to get started.
I think the mods should delete this thread, IMHO.
I'm not trying to compare BTW. Comparing is silly. I think treating people fairly and with respect is what reasonable people want.
Although from an anthropological perspective it's interesting to me that in the very recent past women were in some sense regarded as sub-human... well I guess in some countries and small communities they still are.
You are right on with that, sire. The problem with the world today is there are too many grumpy people who need hugs, and don't ever get any hugs. Perhaps if they are kind to everyone, no matter man or woman, they will get all the warm hugs their hearts desire!

This is such a long thread I haven't read it all so this has prbably been said before but I would say chess.com is not for women who are not prepared to fight for their position in face of continual harrassment from men who just want to talk sex or get a free meal ticket out of their country to a better one. Any body who doubts this just ask 20 random women from the US, Britain, Australia, Canada or New Zealand about their block lists. I can'r speak for Western Europe but I guess they would be the same.

Women are strange. I find continually that many are just as bad if not worse than men for manners. They are just people and if they get out of line they become men to me, and I treat them as such. You don't act feminine and you will be ignored and the value to me becomes zero. Most women I have to tolerate are really a waste of space, time, and money. Dead weight.
