Personally, when it comes to the quality of the players, and the challenge of the game, I'd say ICC is the best. However, chess.com has a special place in my heart. Chess here is more enjoyable to play from a casual standpoint.
Chess.com is stoop the bomb! I use my phone and chess goes where I go. It's so cool.
