Mouseslips are mistakes, they are not random.
However, there's still imo an "ask to replay the move" feature as there is in lichess but ig complaining won't do anything.

yes of course they are personal choices, but it is appreciated

I don't regret anything. When I make a mistake, I admit it. When technology makes a mistake, I don't acknowledge it as my fault.
