For me chess is joyful strategy game but lately some of the players at chess.com are consistently cheating by slowing down their clock in the last part of the game and through this unfair method they manage to win their losing contes. I don't know how they trick your software. Though I have repeatedly lodged complaints about this ugly practice but this seems to be a matter of no importance to your management. It is certainly very disappointing for me.
It's not often that a beta is better than a finished piece of work but this site manages to be better than some supposedly finished chess sites.
