Yes there is a On-Demand section. Just click the "Videos" tab and every show since I believe they started doing it is available to Platinum/Diamond members only. Then if you want, join the Official Chess.com/TV Group that's coming up on its one year anniversary. 
The videos at the top are the most recent. The oldest ones are at the bottom as you scroll down.

I was thinking of getting the platinum membership where you could watch the live TV. My question are these watchable after the actual live broadcast so that if you can't watch it live, you could watch it later on. Are these archived for later viewing?
