I am on firefox and hadn't had any problems until a couple of days ago when pages started half loading and buttons were invisible. Now I am trying to do Tactics Trainer and every other problem, I get a connection reset. I am paying 7 dollars a month for this. I have a high speed connection. Everything is updated. Is there any solution?

Have you tried clearing your cache and disabling any extensions/addons? If you need assistance with either of those, let me know!

I have cleared the cache. My addons and extensions are another story. None of them had interfered before. They are pretty standard addons, such as adblock. I will try running this site on a clean FF. I did try IE and opera and both of those were slow too.
This site is incredibly slow. Almost every bullet game I play is horrendous. I can't even concentrate on playing - I'm always so upset with how bad the lag is. Something needs to change or I'll be leaving very quickly.
You've been here 5 yrs. Your computer may need more RAM.
One thing you might want to try if you use Chrome (I prefer Iron Browser over Chrome because Chrome is spyware in my opinion). Disable hardware acceleration. It helps believe it or not.
Disable any adblocking or ghostery if you use. Try that as well.
Also, play with your Java settings.
It's almost impossible many times to play 1 min blitz with Chess.com

Lag is bad. I'm winning on time. Next thing you know, a interruption occurs out of no where. I get reconnected, with my time down to zero and the opponent up a few seconds. Yahoo chess was the best. It's no longer in existence. Makes you wonder what ever happen to yahoo chess. Chess.com has more features of offer, which could be the problem. Programers at Chess.com you need to fix this problem. ASAP! Thanks!

The only reason why I decided not to renew my membership. If you can't ensure proper connections for blitz games, then what's the point? Get it back to what it used to be and I'll renew.

I've played thousands of 1 min games but the new chess.com site is lag like never before, especially with premove. Something is clearly wrong.

Something definitely changed in recent months. It feels a lot slower, in both the new front and the old chess.com. Blitz has been unbearable lately. I lose 2 seconds for every premove now, even on a university connection.
It used to be OK. I upgraded my iPad app and it became very slow, they made the site less user-friendly, and started pushing more ads. I wonder if loading of the ads is causing this. Now I debating if I should pay premium membership for a site that down graded it's quality.
