Originally posted elsewhere, I figured there is enough unique and potentially interesting content to warrant its own thread. Enjoy.
The times shown are your total clock time assuming 40 moves will take place. Base time (b) is in minutes, increment (i) is in seconds.
Interesting things to note:
- 2|1 is the longest bullet game unless the game reaches 60 moves.
- A 1|21 game is standard.
- Assuming 40 moves, 14:40 is the longest blitz game (14|1, 12|4, 10|7, 8|10, 6|13, 4|16, 2|19).
- A 1|20 game is blitz and grants a total of 21 minutes per side if it reaches 60 moves.
