Chess.com's Computer Analysis is rubbish.

Been playing quite a few long games as of late, and after submitting what I thought were relatively well played games for computer analysis, was shocked to see how many came back with a ?! Inaccuracies galore.

So I did my own analysis with Fritz and note that many of these "Inaccuracies" were in fact Fritz's first choice ! Some were the 2nd or 3rd but with a relatively small change in the overall score.

Please chess.com, reserve ?! (Inaccuracies) for what should really be dubious moves. 

To show how ludicrous it is, chess.com will give e4 c5?! an inaccuracy !

chess.com is working on it to improve the analysis

The chess.com analysis is set at elo 2500 which is adequate enough I think, not many play at a higher level than that. I like the chess.com analysis it reflects more human judgement.

Do you have any more information about this? The main reason I purchased my diamond membership was for the computer analysis and so far I have been quite underwhelmed.

The computer analysis considers after 1. e4 ...c5 an inacurracy. Enough said!

Not really. In the video session with chess.coms founder Erik a week ago, he told that the computer analysis is high on the prioritylist to update. So I guess there should be an update within a couple of months. 

Rubish or not. I miss chess.com computer analysis on iphone. It was nice to go thrue variations after the game or tactic problem...

Their computer has been bad for awhile.

The only use of the chess.com computer analysis is for tactics-check. But honestly, even on a good computer that's the only kind of help that is of any use, as the computer does not explain his moves.
