So, chess.com is removing lots of features people like, because they didn't ask people who really use all of what game review USED to offer? Seems more like trying to save a few bucks on computing costs by offering less. But it will backfire, as it makes Platinum account worth less (and according to reviews I should not ever consider buying Platinum even when Game Review was still good).

Clunky, less informative, less intuitive, worse design.
It was released to beta for a few weeks and is currently available to a subset of members now

agree, new review is terrible, please go back
among other things that should be obvious to any competent developer:
1) the size of the huge white text box is overwhelming in review mode
2) toggling back and forth between game review and analysis is far more disruptive / less seamless than it used to be
the new game review is worse than the old one. before, you could see everything - and now, it's more difficult
please go back to the old system. this is definitely a change for the worse

They made an effort to simplify the page as a whole, however I think the previous version was superior because it was already sufficiently simplified. Compared to the current version, the tabs for analysis, game review, details, and openings worked better. The single analysis button on top is just meh. Also, while it may not mean much to everyone, I find the removal of the small line that tells what opening was played in the review to be significant. Finally, the tab displaying the number of mistakes and blunders was far better with smaller icons and fonts. It just hurts to look at the new version.

I agree 100% with all your points, but wanted to focus on this one specifically:
We used to be able to see which opening was played AND how often we won/lost/drew with that opening! Vital information!!! I bet you can buy that insight back by paying €130 for a Diamond membership, though...

It's hasn't been removed. The coach speech area can be scrolled.

I have the -super annoying- coach turned off, and there's no scrolling possible at all (web browser version).

Used to be right there at the last book move. Tried looking at the first 8 moves, none had anything scrollable.

The new game review looks kinda ugly, and there is too much random, empty space.
#42 it's almost the same as the current why people are angry here?
It visually looks pretty similar imo, but functionally they removed some things.
