Clock starts before I have moved!??

Far too often I've found that my clock has started to count down before I've even made the first move with the white pieces. Playing 1min bullet so time is at a premium. Anyone have a solution/experiencing the same issue??

this is universal now. clock starts 1 to 2 seconds after the game starts, same for black after white makes his move.

Thanks for answering. Can't see that this innovation is an improvement. By the time you've checked your connection speed/quality you're crucial seconds down on the clock.
