KtFork, whether you use your time wisely or not has nothing to do with how you adjust the settings or if its possible. So next time your playing just have the attitude of you're just gonna rock out with yer clock out and focus on the game instead

Pat_Zerr

It's not the size of the clock that matters, but how the hands move on it.

MrDamonSmith

Oh clock size does matter sometimes.

Not just the hands, but the digits.   Not to get off on the subject of advanced techniques right now.

Could it be because they're new forum posters, and not weathered forum nerds?  Considering the fact that chess.com has nearly 8 million members and not all of them participate in the forums, ever, and in fact the vast majority most don't.

Now, bear in mind, that for me to make that assessment  took all the brain capacity I could muster, so I wouldn't expect anyone else to be able to reach that conclusion.  Probably better just to pedantically scream in all-caps at noobs, expressing high expectation, extreme disappointment and unbearable indignation, impressing all the regulars in so doing.

MrDamonSmith

Because we like comparing clock sizes. Who's got the tape measure!?

u335394862

my assesment may be a bit different then yours.....

chess_jawa

THE CLOCKS ARE TOO SMALL NOT IS TOO SMALL(Why does clock size matter again?)!

BigDoggProblem

It's not the size of the clock, it's how you press the buttons. Tongue Out

i totally agree man high five

chess_jawa

What buttons it is online you don't need to press buttons. Also why do you need to see it,  if you just play fast you don't need the time.

You did that?  You're not trying to solicit business are you?

Posting policy is very strict: No hand jobs in this forum.

(btw: You don't have to scream in all-caps, we can hear you just fine in lower case).

Surely that design is the next best-seller. Should be keeping it under wraps.

This thread is filled with phallacies!

MrDamonSmith

I'm sorry if the op has a complex about his little clock. Just think centimeters instead of inches.

chess_jawa

The clock does not matter.
