A little of topic, but I see @Martin_Stahl reacted already here:
Is the option to clear closed account from the club member list gone?
We were always able to keep it tidy by removing all the names at once after knowing about them, there are so many over the course of a year in an active club...

You just filter to Closed Accounts and under Manage there's a Remove Closed Accounts option

... you misunderstood. Those could be deleted in the past. But I can't find the option.

I edited my response but under the closed option you can manually kick each member under the Action drop down
