You do a Game Review and it runs on the site servers.
If I do a game review is done on my local PC due that the CPU is going up.

No. When doing a game review, the analysis tab is loaded at the same time and that's why your CPU is busy. The Review is being ran in the site servers.
This is my CPU graph. I have no doubt that the depth analysis is done in my local PC.

It's not.
These are the threads running:
When I click "Run Depth", the analysis is done on my PC. There is no doubt about that.
If I check the help pages, I can find this info:
As you can see, it is written differently than mine. "GAME REPORT (CLOUD)"
I have only "GAME REVIEW".
So, probably the cloud analysis is not working anymore. I will ask the support team.

The help pages lag behind updates. The game Review is absolutely running on the site servers, not locally.

So, a moment ago I commented that the analysis seemed to be running on my local PC, too - given that my CPU usage goes through the roof. However, having re-read Martin_Stahl's comment ...:

... I tested this further, and am now eating my since-deleted words. If you, too, find that your CPU is going into overdrive during a game analysis, try setting your BROWSER ANALYSIS to 'Engine Off' and - if your experience is the same as mine - you will see that your game review will still work exactly as before, but your CPU will barely lift a finger.
So, to reiterate what Martin has already said, it does indeed seem that the Browser Analysis tab is running simultaneously even when you are conducting the Game Review (running at depth 30 or not) - whether you are switching to the Analysis tab or not.
These are now my settings, and if I want to use the Browser Analysis, I will re-enable it at that time:
