Club Matches Rule Abuse

I am currently a member of two clubs. One of my clubs recently started a match with another club and I signed up as one of the players. when the two games with my opponent started, they immediately moved both games to "On Vacation" without making a single move. After waiting over a week, I finally aborted both games. bBecause the games are part of a club match, they are both counting as losses and cost me rating points. My opponent is two hundred rating points below me.
I reached out to Chess.com and their AI bot told me they cannot reverse the results.
I will no longer be playing any club matches until this is fixed.

Doesn't seem to be rating changes but for sure the results will stand ,make a suggestion to change these rules on the loses if you feel it's unfair but again people are allowed to use the vacation time and again. If it's abuses report the member they all get checked
