mrguy888

MasterDuckRobert

mrguy888

Huh. Funny how the thing you learn is rarely chess related.

lpburke86

So is it safe to assume this list was started becuase ghostmirror lost toKingCrackerJack?

mrguy888

Nothing is ever safe here.

Sidford_Knight

Clucking Bell.

Clucker

One who demonstrates certain characteristics including, but not limited to:

evading opponents (whence the appelation);

one-trick-pony strategy (they can only work one cliched attack) ;

can't play if they lose their Q (even if they have all other pieces);

incessant attempts to distract with questions, insults & braggadocio;

disconnection as a weaselly, time-wasting tactic &/or an opportunity to seek advice;

as well as other nefarious gambits.

Ghostmirror awaits...

he had you beat 8 ways to sunday, you let him instead win on time... Then you call him a "clucker"... Seems to me you're a sore loser.

lpburke86

In fact, it seems you are the one that would appear the "clucker" becuase aside from Dooks, everyone on your list won on time, and Dooks lost by Resignation after only 8 moves.

Part one, in before the lock

cabadenwurt

Part two, a clucker might also be a bird that goes " cluck cluck cluck ", lays eggs and likes to hang around in Barnyards  lol.

In before the lock!Cool

I am sad. This thread has gotten much less surreal than it started as.

Yer missing some of the point.

Skill level vaies, evn with an individual at diff times.

When on wins BUT THEN REFUSES A REMATCH THAT'S CLUCKER BEHAVIOUR.

RichColorado

            Here is the real clucker!

Happy ThangsgGaming is coming up but....

lpburke86

So he doesn't want to play again... Are you so childish that you cant accept a defeat and move on?

mrguy888

Say you have to leave the house in 15 mins. You think "Oh that is enough time to play a 5 minute blitz game." After that game you don't have time to rematch. Would that make you a clucker?

Who are you to demand that everyone plays by your schedule? Do you have no respect for the value of other peoples time? They have the right to choose what they do with their time.

Again, this misses the point.

Someone wins on a fluke (like time runs out while they're getting trounced) & they refuse a rematchb/c they suspect they'll lose.

Clucker!
