combinatorial game theory/ chess positions

Hey Guys ,
I’m just finishing my Master Thesis in Mathematics and im writing about the possible application of combinatorial game theory in chess endgames. I would like to add a position of actual play which can be analyzed with this theory. In order to do that the game has to be quite specific. So I’m searching for a position where the kings are stuck in a trebuchet position and there are some pawns left over, like in the position down below. Does anybody know such a position or can anyone tell me how to best search the databases for such a position.
