Complete loss of interest

Would should one do to reignite the interest in the game. I am experiencing a slump there I have no interest in the game and am unable to concentrate. Please help.

Take a break from looking at or playing chess games for a while.

After that look at some famous games, see some fun or new ideas.

Try learning GO.

Play some blitz or bullet. Switch things up. Also go play some other games. That helps too.

Think about chess principles and try to apply them in real life .... I'm sure u will be fond of the game more n more
