Can anyone please explain why the Nora bot is unlocked, and Noam is locked, even though I don't have a membership?

There are a number of unlocked and available bots available to basic members.

There are a number of unlocked and available bots available to basic members.

But I remember when I signed in, Noam was free and Nora was unlocked. I guess it changes over time?

It's very possible the hot locations and what's free was changed. I saw a different post recently that some bot ratings may have changed so it's likely
