Computer Inaccuracies

I was playing with the computer highest level and when I saw the analysis the computer played at least 4 inaccuracies.I mean how is that??

If you mean the 1-10 level computer, that is set up for encouraging beginners, so it is programmed to make bad moves. Even at its strongest, it is far from giving you the full beatdown you would get from the current top of the line engines.
"the computer" is rather vague. Which engine was it? Fritz, Shredder, Stockfish, ...
... and then how powerful was the computer? Most engines play stronger chess with more RAM, more and faster Swap space, Faster processors with multiple cores ... and more of them.
Who/what determined that your computer had 4 inaccuracies? Oh, that's right, it was a stronger engine 
...
