Which one are you talking about?
The Java based computer here only has 5 levels. The ones in live chess only have 4 levels.
/ Mine goes to 11.
Computer Level = what rating?

I'm currently using the Android app. You go to Settings, General and there's a slider from 1-10 for the Computer Level.
Also using android app with level 1-10 and level rating would be most helpful.
