That's not a loss, it's a stalemate. Black has no move, but is not in check. It's scored as a draw.

Thanks I just joined last week and I am re learning the game. I played many years ago as a kid.  I wish I had remembered what a stalemate is, I would have played my end game differently since I still had a lot of my pieces left.
