As shown, normal moves are not made. Moves in question are: 4. c3, 5. d3 (no castle?), 7b3 What does that achieve?, 11. Nh4? with no bishop on f5?, 14. Nf1 looks like a computer generated formula to put protection on the e3 square which I haven't seen GMs worry about, then it's down to knights and rooks and honestly I don't care at this point.
No normal game would be played liked this.

Did you adjust it's strength or something?
If you want to reduce the strength of Arion, you can add the command fun to the line "Command line" in the menu < engine >/< manage > of Arena.
Just another game. By the way, Black's rating is not actually that high, it's a computer rating.
