If we're talking about the same thing, you can have a response pre-planned. If you're playing a game for instance and you know if he plays 11. Bc5 that you will want to respond with 11. .. Nxc5, you have the option to program this in so the site will respond with this move for you. It's only for situations where you have a specific response in mind for your opponent's "conditional" play.

If it's not your turn and you don't want to wait for your opponent to make their move(s) that looks forcing to you, you can use it to have them play out the line you saved in the conditional moves window. It will not be your turn until they have played out that line or they made a move that you didn't consider to save.

It comes in quite handy when you see a forced mate in 8 moves and your opponent insists on playing out until the end and takes the maximum time on each move just to spite you. Kind of like "fire and forget"...

Yes,

I often put in  a conditional ove when my opponents next move is forced, and I have a check or mate when he makes that move. Saves time. Also , they sometimes go on vacation, then come back unexpectedly. I guess they are hoping to cacth you out, and win on a time forfeit. Sneaky. But all is fair in love and war.

Good for forced moves when you have control of a certain situation.

Especially good when playing against players who take days to make moves.
