You just have to be in the Legend league and club to take part in the monthly arenas.
I made it there. 10m arena is good (there are bonus points).

It took 3 and a half months for me to get to Legend League. Before that, I more or less knew only rules of chess, never really played it. I played 1000 games, all of them 30 mins.. Trying to find out how I really rank among players. I'm really not too good IMO, I think I just scratched the depths of chess.
