Can anyone offer an explanation for the following. I ask as I have already appealed to the managers - TO NO AVAIL.
When the 'connection interrupted' situation occurs, the time of my opponent continues to pass whilst mine remains unchanged. Then when his/her time expires, reconnection takes place indicating that I have lost on time. How is this possible. It is an obvious malfunction which has been occurring for years so why is it not attended to by the managers.
