Connection Issues

If it was only me i would understand - but in the last couple of days - the servers have been lagging quite a bit - lost so many ranking points because i get disconnected or others that are playing with me in the four player chess arena get disconnected. I can understand maybe for an hour or two - but when this is the norm then there is something that is not right. Secondly maybe you should check whole conversations before you chose to ban somebody - if somebody chooses to speak under my mothers dress - and i call him a name back - which he/she takes offense to - it normally starts somewhere - and most of the time the person reporting is not the victim. Understanding that there is quite a age difference between players maybe chess.com should create age categories so we don't offend the toddlers playing. But you can not claim to be a victim when somebody hits a nerve because you dished it out first. Victims are victims and will remain victims as long as one treats them like victims.
