Why does my connection to the site keep dropping out during games, when there is nothing wrong with my internet connection????????

Thanks for the helpful tips Martin! I’m wondering if any of the connection issues have to do with the chess.com’s server and not a mobile device connection that should be optimal with 5G. I experience huge lag times during some tournament Bullet games. Which of course makes it impossible to play a one minute game and have a chance at winning.

Maybe it’s just my service provider?

I also get frequent notifications from chess.com encouraging me to enjoy chess play offline due to no connection to the server.

Connectivity issues almost rivaling the complexity of chess ♟️ 😂 just kidding!

While there could be sit server issues, when that happens it's going to generally impact a lot of members at the same time.
