I find it outrageous that in a rich, developed country like UK there's no reliable public WiFi, more than that - even if you pay - you still don't have a reliable connection (i'm a client of British Telecomunication - biggest UK Telecommunication company and using BT Openzone at the moment). Playing Live Chess is impossible sometimes (I'd like to say big SORRRY to anyone I played and disconnected in a middle of the game). Do you have similiar problems in your countries?
