Send them a P.M.---private message. Hover your mouse over their name from a post, click the envelope. You shouldn't bother them unless its absolutely necessary and pertains to the site. There IS a chain of command. Actually, now that I think about it, if you send a message to a mod, they can usually direct you to the right person. Your welcome in advance.
Contacting chess.com staff members

Thanks RonaldJosephCote. But how do you find the name of the person you're looking for, thanks again in advance

This guy,--called "NEWS" runs a colume about all the Staff members. From there, you can get to J.D.Cannon who is the head of all the mods. All the mods + Staff frequently monitor the "help & support" forums. Also, check the "SPAM" thread. Martin & David will post in there. If you click the "HELP" button next to your name, there's a drop-down menu of 5 major areas of problems you may have as a member. Other people I'm familiar with is, Batgirl, Jaclyn, Commander Riker,.... https://www.chess.com/blog/News/chess-com-staff-profiles-meet-dallin

you'll want to know about personnel at Chess.com is in that article.
Hi guys, I'm not looking for technical support, I just want to be able to contact certain staff members. Does anyone know how you can do this? It seems impossible to contact anyone that works at this site without going through support!
Many thanks in advance.
