How doesn't it work? You fill out all the information and submit and that fails? Or you just don't hear anything after submitting?

Hmmm, interesting. How are you accessing the form? Which broswer and version? Might have something to do with the problem.
It isn't something I can really test, as I don't have a problem/question for the site so don't want to submit a ticket if it may actually work for me 
how can you contact chess.com - dont seem to be able to find the link!
