oh , alright . i appologize if i offended you . its only that you replied to our greeting so i was interested in knowing about you . thank you for replying .

You didn't offend me at all. I live in Brussels which is a city with many chess enthusiasts - many of whom are Muslims from Egypt, Tunisia, Iran, the Palestinian Authority, Syria and other areas - it's always fun to meet them and to play with them. 

Incidentally, I was taking some Arabic lessons from a Tunisian friend recently - I stopped due to lack of time (lots of pressure at work) - but might well return to it and master the language. 

I even have a chess book in Arabic - it's called "Fan il-difa'" (the Art of Defense). It seems very interesting - but I can't advance much without the help of my teacher.
