So by inviting people and then making them all friends after being screened of course would be a way to create a collection of "nice" players?

I was thinking about upgrading and creating a group for the purpose of bringing serious players together so that anyone who wants to play a good game withouth abuse and quic resigning etc can select players from a pool of chess players..
Would this work? Or are group meant for other purposes?
